🔹 1. Categories of Presentation

Free Paper (Oral Presentation) and Poster Presentation (includes both E-Poster and Physical Poster) are the two official categories.

🔹 2. Free Paper Presentation Guidelines

• Format: PowerPoint Presentation (PPT), maximum 15 slides.
• Font: Times New Roman, size 12–14 for body text.
• Duration: 6 minutes presentation + 2 minutes discussion (total 8 minutes).
• File Format: PPT only (16:9 ratio, landscape).
• Submission: Upload your final PPT by 20th October 2025.
• Backup: Bring a copy on a USB drive for backup.

Evaluation Criteria:

• Clarity of objectives and methodology
• Quality of data and results
• Visual presentation and logical flow
• Adherence to time
• Discussion and response to questions

🔹 3. Poster Presentation Guidelines (E-Poster + Physical Poster)

Both formats are mandatory for all selected poster presenters.

A. E-Poster

• Format: Single slide PDF or PPT, landscape orientation (16:9 ratio).
• Display: Posters will be displayed on 55-inch LCD screens.
• Font: Times New Roman, size 12–14.
• File Size: Maximum 10 MB.
• Submission: Upload your E-Poster file before the specified deadline (as per acceptance email).
• No animations or sound effects allowed.

B. Physical Poster

• Size: 3 ft (height) × 2 ft (width) preferred.
• Mounting: Posters must be neatly printed and laminated or mounted on flex/foam board.
• Display: Physical posters should be submitted at least one hour before your presentation to the respective hall coordinator.
• Presentation Timing: 4 minutes presentation + 2 minutes discussion (total 6 minutes).

Evaluation Criteria:

• Visual appeal and layout
• Clarity of content and objectives
• Quality of graphics and interpretation
• Presentation timing and confidence

🔹 4. General Instructions for All Presenters

• All presenters must be registered delegates of MEDICON 2025.
• Certificates will be issued only to the presenting authors.
• Ensure your presentation strictly adheres to the allotted time.
• Backup copies (USB drive + PDF) are strongly recommended.
• Judges’ decision will be final and binding.
• The Best 3 Free Papers and 2 E-Posters will be announced during the Valedictory Function.
